Abandon for months, stripped for everything there was worth salvage, this house was in the worst condition. When we walked in, electric wires, AC unit was gone, broken windows, mold and a big hole in bathroom wall, leaving open to any outdoor element. Rats were running around our feet screaming for food.
It took 4 months and a crew of 15 people,to make this little house presentable again. It was on the market for a week before it was sold to a very happy couple as their first home.
